Lien was born in Vietnam and came to the states in 1975. She was raised in Garrett, IN and moved to Fort Wayne in 1994 after she was married.
I have been in public service for most of my adult life. I enjoy my job very much and I have a great sense of pride for our agency. My husband Vinh and I have 3 kids, 2 girls ages 26 and 21 and a son aged 18. We enjoy traveling, spending time together and attending the many local activities & festivals.
